Attend Anywhere

With the support of NHS England and NHS Improvement we are now offering video consultations to some of our patients. This forms part of our response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) response.

The decision to offer this type of appointment will be made by a medical professional depending on your individual care needs. Video consultations are easy to use and are often more convenient – saving you time and money.

Attend Anywhere is a secure web-based platform for patients with pre-arranged video consultation appointments. You can use the platform on any PC, Mac or iOS/Android device (e.g. Smartphone/iPad or Tablet), using Google Chrome (for PC/Mac/Android devices) or Safari (For iOS devices and Macs).

Please watch the short videos below to find about more about using Attend Anywhere and how your video consultation will work:

My appointment

If you are due to have a video consultation, we will schedule your appointment as normal and send you the details of the appointment date and time and information on how to connect to your video consultation.

Prior to your appointment please click on your clinic below, corresponding to the clinic name in your appointment letter, where you can test your equipment by undertaking a test call.

Clicking on the link to your clinic below will guide you into the waiting room. You will not enter the waiting room until you have completed some mandatory checks to test that your equipment is suitable for making video calls. When you are ready to start your video consultation click ‘start video call’. You will be asked to undertake your checks again.

Please ensure you complete all details including your full name and date of birth. Don’t forget to tick the small box at the bottom of the registration screen. We will not store the details you submit and any details will be transferred securely.

On the date and time of your appointment you will be able to enter your clinic below via the ‘start video call’ button. It is a good idea to enter the waiting room a few minutes early.
