Norwich and South Norfolk Patients for MSk Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
If you live in South Norfolk and the Norwich Area, have been asked by a Health Professional to refer yourself then please use this link https://physioselfrefer.co.uk/
You will be contacted by our health partner AHP Suffolk who will send you further exercises to help manage your symptoms. If you are still having symptoms after two weeks, then please contact AHP and they will arrange an appointment for you.

Norwich and South Norfolk Patients for Orthopaedic Triage
If you live in South Norfolk and the Norwich Area, please contact your GP who will send a referral through to our Health Partner AHP Suffolk. They will triage your referral and send it to the appropriate service.

West Norfolk Patients for Physiotherapy

South Norfolk Patients for First Contact Practitioner
If you live in South Norfolk area you may be offered an appointment to see one of our First Contact Practitioners working in your local GP practice for a musculoskeletal condition you are experiencing rather than your usual GP. The FCP Clinicians are specialist in musculoskeletal care and will be able to give you advice and refer you onto any further services you might require.
